隱私權政策

一、適用範圍

本政策適用於：

• 本網站的公開內容、數位策展、意象條目、文學作品、研究與教育內容；
• 聯絡、勘誤、資料補充、合作、授權及委託申請；
• 由本工作室營運，並明確標示適用本政策的互動 App 或相關服務。

本版網站不提供一般訪客會員帳號、站內購物車、站內付款、留言或公開投稿功能。內部工作人員帳號及操作紀錄另依內部個資告知與資訊安全規範處理。

本政策不適用於由其他個人、機構或平台獨立營運的外部網站或服務；該等服務依其自身政策處理資料。

二、我們可能蒐集的資料

1. 您主動提供的資料

當您使用聯絡、勘誤、資料補充、合作、授權或委託管道時，我們可能依實際需要蒐集：

• 姓名、稱呼或單位名稱；
• 電子郵件地址、電話或其他聯絡方式；
• 詢問、勘誤、合作、授權或委託內容；
• 您選擇提交的文字、圖片、影音、文件或其他附件；
• 您對聯絡、公開、署名、匿名或資料利用所作的選擇；
• 為查證及處理申請所必要的其他資訊。

除非特定服務確有必要並已另行告知，請勿提交身分證字號、金融資料、帳號密碼、精確私人地址、醫療、健康、性生活、犯罪紀錄或其他敏感個人資料。

2. 瀏覽與技術資料

當您瀏覽本網站時，網站主機、內容傳遞、安全防護或經實際啟用的分析服務可能記錄：

• IP 位址及網路請求資料；
• 瀏覽器、裝置、作業系統及語言設定；
• 造訪時間、瀏覽頁面、來源頁面及基本互動紀錄；
• 錯誤、效能、安全事件及防濫用紀錄；

3. 互動 App 資料

不同互動 App 所需資料與裝置權限可能不同。若特定 App 需要麥克風或其他裝置權限，其介紹頁或啟動介面應先說明營運者、所需資料與用途、是否保存或傳送、第三方服務、裝置權限、拒絕權限的影響及適用政策。

三、資料使用目的

我們可能基於下列目的處理資料：

1. 提供、維護及改善網站與數位策展服務；
2. 顯示內容、互動作品及教育資源；
3. 回覆聯絡、勘誤、資料補充、合作、授權及委託申請；
4. 查證資料來源、權利、同意與文化敏感性；
5. 維護網站安全並防止濫用、垃圾訊息及未經授權的存取；
6. 診斷錯誤及改善效能、無障礙與使用體驗；
7. 製作彙整或適當去識別化的使用統計；

我們不會將個人資料任意用於與原蒐集目的無正當合理關聯的用途。

四、保存期間、處理地區、利用對象及方式

1. 保存期間

除個別表單另有告知外，原則上採用下列保存期間：

蒐集目的消失、保存期限屆滿或資料已無必要時，我們將依法刪除、停止處理或利用、匿名化，或限制存取。備份中的資料依備份輪替週期移除；在輪替完成前，維持限制存取且不作其他用途。

2. 處理地區

資料可能於臺灣、美國，以及網站主機、內容傳遞、表單、郵件、安全或分析服務提供者實際營運的其他地區處理。涉及跨境處理時，我們將在合理可行範圍內採取適當的契約、權限及安全措施。

3. 利用對象

• uLa Studio／烏啦工作室及經授權人員；
• 網站主機、內容傳遞、表單、電子郵件、備份、安全、防濫用或分析服務提供者；
• 為處理您提出的合作、授權或委託事項所必要的特定合作單位；
• 依法有權要求資料的主管機關或司法機關；
• 經您另行同意的其他對象。

受託服務提供者僅得在提供服務及受託範圍內處理資料。

4. 利用方式

資料可能以自動化或非自動化方式進行記錄、整理、儲存、檢索、分析、傳輸、限制、刪除或其他為達成前述目的所必要的處理。

五、Cookie、瀏覽器儲存與流量分析

本網站可能使用 Cookie、本機儲存、工作階段識別碼或類似技術，以維持基本功能及安全、記住顯示或無障礙偏好、診斷錯誤，以及防止垃圾訊息、惡意請求或未經授權的操作。

• 必要功能：用來維持網站基本功能及安全，無法透過本站關閉。
• 外部嵌入內容：預設關閉。您於個別 App 頁同意後，互動 App 才會連線至其來源網站；來源網站可能接收 IP 位址、裝置資訊或使用其自有 Cookie 與本機儲存。

本版網站不以投放廣告或建立跨網站行為輪廓為目的使用 Cookie，且目前未啟用非必要流量分析。若未來啟用，將先更新本政策與選擇介面。

外部內容載入選擇保存在目前瀏覽器的本機儲存中，最長 180 日。您可透過瀏覽器清除本站資料撤回選擇；尚未同意時，仍可在個別 App 頁決定是否啟用。

六、外部網站、嵌入內容與互動 App

本網站可能連結或嵌入影音、音訊、地圖、文件、互動 App、外部購買管道或其他服務。網址顯示於本網站路徑下或內容以嵌入形式呈現，不必然代表該服務由本工作室營運；相關頁面將盡可能標示實際來源與適用政策。

部分嵌入內容在載入時，可能向服務提供者傳送 IP 位址、裝置資訊或 Cookie。本網站的非必要互動 App 預設不載入，只有在您選擇「外部嵌入內容」或於個別 App 頁明確啟用後才連線。外部內容仍依其來源網站的政策處理資料。

本工作室仍就自己可控制的服務選擇、整合方式、告知內容及資料傳輸負責，不因使用第三方服務而排除依法應負的責任。

七、研究、投稿與文化資料

若您提供地方資料、口述內容、勘誤、圖片、影音或研究線索：

1. 資料原則上不會因提交而自動公開；
2. 提交不代表您自動授予本工作室公開、改作或商業利用的權利；
3. 公開、署名、匿名、引用、編輯或再利用，應依個別告知、授權或雙方約定處理；
4. 請勿提交您無權提供的第三人個資、作品或敏感資料；
5. 涉及未成年人、原住民族文化、私人生活或敏感地點時，我們可能要求補充來源、權利、同意或文化審閱資料；
6. 未取得適當權利或同意的資料，可能不予公開、降低識別性、限制存取或刪除。

八、資料分享與揭露

我們不會出售、出租或交換您的個人資料。僅可能在下列情形分享或揭露：

• 為提供您所要求的服務所必要；
• 由受託服務提供者在必要範圍內處理；
• 已取得您的有效同意；

網路傳輸與電子儲存無法保證絕對安全。如發生依法應通知的個人資料事故，我們將依適用法令採取應變措施並通知受影響的當事人。

十、您的權利

依適用的個人資料保護法令，您得就我們所保有的個人資料請求：

5. 刪除。

若資料處理以您的同意為依據，您也可以撤回對未來處理的同意；撤回前已合法完成的處理不因此失效。

十一、選擇不提供資料的影響

您可以選擇不提供非必要資料，但可能因此無法收到詢問、勘誤或資料補充的回覆，完成合作、授權或委託申請，或使用需要特定資料與裝置權限的互動功能。一般公開內容原則上不以提供姓名或註冊會員為瀏覽條件。

十二、未成年人隱私

本網站包含文化、教育、研究及創作內容，但不以蒐集未成年人的個人資料為主要目的。未成年人提交個人資料、作品、圖片、影音或申請資料前，應請法定代理人閱讀相關告知，並於依法需要時取得其同意。

若我們發現未在適當告知或同意下蒐集了未成年人的非必要個人資料，將採取合理措施停止處理、限制使用或刪除。

十三、政策更新與聯絡方式

1. Scope

This Policy applies to public content, digital exhibitions, imagery entries, literary works, research, educational content, contact and rights-related requests, and interactive applications we operate that expressly refer to this Policy.

This version of the Website does not provide public visitor accounts, an on-site shopping cart, on-site payment, comments, or public posting features. This Policy does not apply to independently operated external services, which process information under their own policies.

2. Information We May Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you contact us about a correction, contribution, collaboration, licence, or commission, we may collect your name or organisation, contact details, request content, files you choose to submit, publication or attribution choices, and other information necessary to verify and process the request.

Unless specifically required and separately explained, please do not submit national identification numbers, financial information, passwords, precise private addresses, medical or health data, information about sex life, criminal records, or other sensitive personal data.

2.2 Browsing and Technical Information

Our hosting, content-delivery, security, or enabled analytics services may record IP addresses and request data; browser, device, operating-system, and language information; access time, pages viewed, referrers, and basic interactions; error, performance, security, and abuse-prevention records; and information generated by cookies, local storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies.

2.3 Interactive Application Data

If an interactive application requires a microphone or another device feature, its introduction or launch interface should identify the operator, required data and purpose, storage or transmission, third-party services, permissions, the effect of refusal, and the applicable privacy policy.

3. Purposes of Processing

1. Provide, maintain, and improve the Website and digital exhibitions;
2. Display content, interactive works, and educational resources;
3. Respond to contact, correction, contribution, collaboration, licensing, and commissioning requests;
4. Verify sources, rights, consent, and cultural sensitivity;
5. Maintain security and prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access;
6. Diagnose errors and improve performance, accessibility, and user experience;
7. Produce aggregated or appropriately de-identified usage statistics;
8. Maintain contractual, licensing, consent, rights-management, and dispute records;
9. Comply with legal obligations and lawful regulatory or judicial requests.

We will not arbitrarily use personal data for a purpose that lacks a legitimate and reasonable connection to the original purpose of collection.

4. Retention, Processing Locations, Recipients, and Methods

4.1 Retention

When a purpose no longer exists, a retention period expires, or information is no longer necessary, we will erase, stop processing, anonymize, or restrict access as required. Backup data is removed through the applicable rotation cycle and remains access-restricted until removal.

4.2 Processing Locations

Information may be processed in Taiwan, the United States, and other locations where our hosting, content-delivery, form, email, security, or analytics providers operate. We will take reasonable contractual, access-control, and security measures for cross-border processing where practicable.

4.3 Recipients and Methods

Information may be processed where necessary by uLa Studio and authorized personnel, commissioned service providers, a specific collaboration or licensing partner, lawful authorities, or another recipient with your separate consent. Information may be recorded, organized, stored, retrieved, analyzed, transmitted, restricted, or erased through automated or non-automated means.

5. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Analytics

The Website may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies for essential operation and security, preferences, error diagnosis, and abuse prevention.

• Necessary functions: support essential Website operation and security. They cannot be disabled through the Website.
• External embedded content: disabled by default. If you consent on an individual application page, the application may connect to its source website, which may receive your IP address and device information or use its own cookies and local storage.

This version of the Website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral profiles and does not currently enable non-essential analytics. Your external-content choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You may withdraw it by clearing this Website’s data in your browser; before consent, each application page provides its own activation choice.

6. External Websites, Embedded Content, and Interactive Applications

The Website may link to or embed video, audio, maps, documents, interactive applications, purchasing channels, or other services. Appearance under a Website path does not necessarily mean that we operate the source service.

External embedded content may transmit an IP address, device information, or cookies when loaded. External content remains subject to the source website’s policies.

We remain responsible for service selection, integration, notices, and transmissions within our control.

7. Research Contributions and Cultural Materials

1. Submitted material does not ordinarily become public merely because it was submitted;
2. Submission does not automatically grant us a right to publish, adapt, or commercially use it;
3. Publication, attribution, anonymity, quotation, editing, or reuse will follow the applicable notice, authorization, or agreement;
4. Please do not submit third-party personal data, creative work, or sensitive material you are not authorized to provide;
5. Material involving minors, Indigenous cultural materials, private life, or sensitive locations may require additional source, rights, consent, or cultural-review information;
6. Material lacking appropriate authorization may be withheld, de-identified, access-restricted, or erased.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or exchange personal data. We may share or disclose information only when necessary to provide a requested service; when a commissioned provider processes it within a necessary scope; with valid consent; to investigate abuse, security incidents, or unlawful conduct; to protect rights and safety; or when required by law or lawful authority.

9. Data Security and Incident Response

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the information. These may include data minimization and classification, least-privilege access, transmission and session protection, backups and anomaly monitoring, separated storage, and periodic reviews of access, retention, and deletion.

No network or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If an incident requires notification under applicable law, we will take appropriate response measures and notify affected individuals as required.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to review your personal data, receive a copy, supplement or correct it, stop its collection, processing, or use, or erase it. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent for future processing without affecting prior lawful processing.

Please use the methods listed on our Contact page. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We may charge necessary costs where permitted by law for review or copies, and will explain any lawful reason why a request cannot be fully accepted.

11. Consequences of Not Providing Information

You may decline to provide optional information. We may then be unable to reply to a request, process a collaboration, licence, or commission, or provide a feature requiring specific information or device permission. Public content generally remains available without a name or public account.

12. Minors’ Privacy

The Website contains cultural, educational, research, and creative content but is not primarily intended to collect personal data from minors. A legal representative should review the relevant notice and provide consent where required before a minor submits personal data or creative material.

If we learn that unnecessary personal data has been collected from a minor without appropriate notice or authorization, we will take reasonable steps to stop processing, restrict, or erase it.

13. Changes and Contact Information

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in Website features, processing practices, service providers, or applicable law. The revised Policy will be published with an updated date. Material changes may receive an additional Website or interface notice, and renewed consent will be requested where required.

Continued use after an update acknowledges that you have read the revised arrangements; it does not replace any consent that must be obtained separately.
